I bring nearly twenty years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Starting off as a bench technician while selling and installing hardware and software for small business. Worked as a sales engineer managing GSA contracts for the Air Force and Navy. After receiving Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco and ITIL certifications I worked as a systems engineer, network engineer and helpdesk manager. Currently an IT Manager at a Network Operations Center for one of the largest cable television channels in the US.

With my combination of IT sales, administration, engineering and management I'm able to provide a unique perspective that others may not. I'm able to communicate complex systems in an understandable manner to decision makers. Lastly, by adhering to the principles of doing more with less such as; utilizing existing systems to a greater potential, identifying no-cost alternatives and being clear about a realistic roadmap to achievable results, I'm able provide clients with a clear path to a more stable, cost-effective IT infrastructure..
